We identified opportunities for growth, developed an organic social media strategy and in the last 12 months have worked with them to drive engagement, build community and increase web traffic across Instagram and Facebook. 

Review

We conducted a comprehensive social media audit aimed at evaluating TPFG's current organic social media strategy and performance across Instagram and Facebook. We reviewed their existing insights to determine if their content was reaching the right people, conducted competitor research and analysed their target audience. This allowed a deeper understanding of TPFG's current audience demographics and provided insights into the necessary steps to meet TPFGs goals of building engagement, fostering community growth, and driving increased web traffic.

THINK

Based on the insights gathered from the audit, we developed an organic social media strategy tailored to TPFG's goals and values. This strategy outlined our posting frequency, content types, content themes, methods for maintaining a cohesive brand image, and the tone of voice to be used in captions.

DO

Acting as TPFG's social media marketing team, we executed the devised strategy by curating a monthly content calendar to plan our content and ensure it aligned with TPFG's overarching marketing strategy. We refreshed the social accounts, crafting graphics and templates to maintain a consistent brand image across all channels. We implemented optimised caption and hashtag strategies, aimed to boost engagement, reach the target audience, and drive traffic to the website.  Additionally, we conducted monthly reports to analyse insights and monitor the effectiveness of our content in meeting TPFG's goals.
