Hearing Direct International

Hearing Direct is a retailer of hearing aids and hearing aid accessories. With a global ecommerce presence including audiologist’s online expert advise they are the home to all things hearing.

We started working with Hearing Direct in early 2022. We have launched on a new website including CRM, Social and Paid Search, in addition we have totally defined their marketplace strategy in the UK, EU and the USA. We have also supported the team with hand on training and acted as an in house marketing team.

REVIEW

Roar Studios conducted an in-depth analysis of Hearing Directs digital marketing strategy across all of their ecommerce platforms and marketplaces including Amazon, this also included a full review of all their social and paid channel including Google PPC and Meta.

THINK

We developed a growth plan for Hearing Direct which included a variety of strategies and tactics to increase sales and revenue and expand the customer base. Including goals and KPI for the channels and promotional plans, reviewing messaging and visual imagery and advising on a new website to improve conversion rate.

DO

Acting as Hearing directs in house ecommerce team we have grown all major digital and marketplace channels in line with the goal and KPI’s set. Created a new website to Improving the user experience making it easier for customers to find and purchase products, This was backed up with a new customer targeted advertising campaigns on Social and Google to drive traffic and build brand awareness., whilst increasing retention and driving repeat purchasers through email and organic marketing .
