Established for 50 years, Clive Mark is the leading group retailer of school uniform, sportswear and accessories in the Midlands.
We worked with them to deliver a full transformational strategy resulting in us moving from Magento to Shopify as well as integration and automating a piece of middleware (Patchworks) between the website and ERP (Cybertill). We also put in place a full digital channel strategy and manage the website and channels acting as their in-house Ecommerce Manager and advisory to the Board.
REVIEW
We looked at each aspect of Clive Mark’s existing approach to e-commerce and conducted a full UX audit and in depth review of their customer base and how customers were interacting with brand.

We considered all insights and worked with Clive Mark to deliver a platform move from Magento to Shopify, as well as a full digital channel strategy.
DO
We re-platformed Clive Mark to Shopify , and now support on their retail software provider (Cybertil) and its integration with Shopify through Patchworks. This is alongside managing and growing their CRM channel and Amazon marketplace with plans to develop strategies for PPC, Social and SEO. We have seen revenue growth of +67% during non-peak periods on e-commerce alone.
