SENTIA is a non-alcoholic spirit, designed by a world-renowned team of botanists, innovators, and scientists. SENTIA’s unique blend of powerful, plant-based ingredients are scientifically proven to activate ‘GABA’ in the brain, which is the neurotransmitter responsible for the sensations of sociability – allowing you to come together and connect over a drink, without the downsides of alcohol.

We are working with SENTIA to grow their direct to consumer business. Acting as their e-commerce department, we have developed an ecommerce strategy, delivered ongoing CRO support and are managing all of their digital promotional channels.

REVIEW

Initially asked by the team to conduct a CRO audit, the scope of the project was expanded to include further digital channels, such as website support, PPC, SEO, affiliate marketing and email. We reviewed all legacy platforms for available data, and installed additional behavioural tracking tools to analyse how customers discover, evaluate and purchase from the brand.

THINK

Using the data from the review, we outlined a roadmap to improve the conversion rate of the website, and developed a strategy for optimising and expanding their use of digital marketing across all channels, all tied to a full 12-month sales forecast and promotional plan.

DO

SENTIA asked us to act as their inhouse ecommerce team and deliver on the outlined strategies. We continue to work on improving the customer’s journey on the website, engaging and retaining customers via email, targeting segmented customer groups via paid marketing, and spreading the reputation and brand image of SENTIA via affiliate marketing. This shall assist the brand in their exciting new venture into the US market.
