Trutex is a school uniform brand, with a leading edge in the market, providing the very highest standards of schoolwear and sportswear for school children. They challenged us to expand their direct to consumer business.

We identified opportunities for growth, developed a brand  strategy and since 2019 have worked with them to produce annual channel and promotional plans that have grown revenue every single year.

We launched on new digital channels including CRM, Social and Paid Search, in addition to supporting website performance , CRO and SEO. The ongoing management of these digital channels has contributed to revenue growth of 520% since 2019.  We have also supported and co-ordinated global B2B growth designing and launching an international websites for schools in Europe and the Gulf.

Review

We looked at every aspect of Trutex’s existing approach to e-commerce and the wider plain uniform market. What their existing customers looked like and where were the growth segments. How their current offering fitted in to that market. How customers were using their website. How their competitors were addressing market need and the implications for Trutex.

We developed a five-year strategy for growing Trutex’s plain direct to consumer business. This included channel and promotional plans, developing new messaging and visual imagery and an extensive conversion rate optomisation campaign.

Acting as Trutex’s e-commerce team we have managed and grown revenue from all major digital channels and managed the ongoing development of Trutex’s web presence to maximise sales. Each year has delivered record sales from the direct to consumer website.
