HEMINGWAY

Hemingway are purveyors of luxury tailored clothing for men and women. While tailoring has been the bedrock of the business for many years, there is also a range of ready-to-wear items available exclusively through the online store.

We worked with them to deliver a new website through Shopify to incorporate all elements of the business from ready to wear, to bespoke tailoring services. We conducted a full UX audit and developed a store to reflect this. 138% revenue increase during peak months compared to 2019 as a result of CRO and introducing new traffic generation through Google PPC and SEO.

REVIEW

We conducted a full UX audit and in depth review of their existing online presence and platform performance. We used google analytics data focusing on conversion, and key trends in shopping behaviour.

THINK

We developed a detailed overview of all issue areas and opportunity for improvement with a summary of key trends directly affecting Hemingway. We summarised the key data based recommendations and developed an SEO strategy, CRM strategy and digital channel strategy with the aim of driving the ready to wear and tailoring business in conjuction.

DO

We re-platformed Hemingway to Shopify , before managing and growing their digital channels including PPC, CRM, SEO and their sales channels including Amazon marketplace. Sales have continued to grow with +139% YoY revenue for Hemingway’s Ready to Wear range, and +56% average session duration across the site.
