E-commerce Marketing Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking an E-commerce Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce marketing or an aligned industry to join our team and support in creating and running marketing campaigns for our e-commerce clients.

Key Responsibilities:
As an E-commerce Marketing Executive, you will work closely with our team on various marketing channels, including CRM, PPC, Paid and Organic Social, email marketing, and website management.
You will also assist in conducting CRO audits and provide recommendations for optimisation across all our e-commerce clients.
In time, you will have the opportunity to manage your own e-commerce clients and act as their internal E-commerce Marketing Consultant.
Develop marketing strategies and understand the campaign life cycle for marketing campaigns in an e-commerce environment.
Manage and create content for clients' social media channels and use CRM to manage relationships with customers.
Monitor Google Analytics and provide insights to optimise website traffic, such as reducing bounce rates, increasing conversion rates, and average order value for e-commerce sites.
Create and build emails for email marketing campaigns using software such as Klaviyo, Dotdigital, Freshworks, and Mailchimp.
Support in managing clients' e-commerce websites as an internal E-commerce exec/manager, building key landing pages, updating website content, and improving website optimisation.
Work with the team and stakeholders to lift the e-commerce business profile and write informed content for our website, journal, and social media channels.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce marketing or an aligned industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse campaign data and make data-driven decisions in an e-commerce context.
Knowledge of e-commerce marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce.
Proficiency in using Google Analytics and other website analytics tools.
Salary is dependent on experience.
